Contract Duration: 40 weeks
We carried out a major refurbishment of Castlemilk Health Centre in Glasgow to provide revamped medical accommodation for our client.
As part of a phased work programme to ensure the Health Centre remained open to the public throughout the project, we refurbished and fitted out the large GP surgery and all of the Health Centre's clinics.
Our works included the upgrading of several medical consultation & treatment rooms, reception areas, the pharmacy dispensary, offices, storage rooms, toilets as well as other accommodation throughout. To provide additional space for our client we also built a brand new single storey extension onto the rear of the premises to provide extra medical rooms and storage areas.
This project involved substantial external ground works including hard and soft landscaping and the provision of disabled car parking bays, fire routes & disabled access ramps.
