We carried out a major refurbishment of several derelict and disused wards in Gartnavel Hospital and transformed them into new office accommodation for NHS staff.
As part of a phased work programme we refurbished two floors in this large listed building, carrying out refurbishment and renovation works in the rooms, stairwells, corridors and entrance areas whilst retaining all of the elegant fine period details of this property. To meet our client's required office layout we refurbished 62 individual offices and also formed several open plan work space areas, additional entrances, kitchens and toilets as well as other shared staff facilities.
We also carried out substantial external works including re-roofing and stonework repairs.
